At Cottage Arts & Eats, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you safely and promptly. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy, which outlines how we handle shipping for all orders placed on our website.

  1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will notify you of any delays.

  • Subscription Boxes: Subscription boxes are shipped according to the schedule associated with your subscription plan. You will receive notification of your upcoming shipments prior to dispatch.
  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order. We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, depending on your delivery location.

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):
    • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Shipping times vary based on the destination, but typically range from 7-21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to potential delays with the carrier or other unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

  1. Shipping Restrictions
  • P.O. Boxes: Some products may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes, depending on the size and carrier. If your shipping address includes a P.O. Box, we will contact you if there are any restrictions.
  • International Restrictions: Due to local regulations, some products may not be eligible for international shipping to certain countries. If an issue arises, we will notify you and work to resolve it or refund your purchase.
  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Cottage Arts & Eats has no control over these charges, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

  1. Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely deliveries, there may be instances where orders are delayed due to weather, holidays, or other external factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your orders, but if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the issue.
  1. Order Changes & Address Corrections

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If you need to make any changes or corrections to your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, and any additional fees for redirection or reshipping may apply.
